Before and AfterCare: Flexible care options to support families’ needs

At Better World Preschool, we understand the demands of today’s hybrid and remote work environments and are committed to supporting working parents with flexible care options that meet their needs. Our early and after-care programs offer a seamless extension of the nurturing, play-based learning environment your child experiences during the school day, supervised by our dedicated teaching staff.

Families can choose from flexible schedules, with early drop-off beginning at 8:00 am and after-care options from 2:30-4:00 pm, 4:00-5:00 pm, or 5:00-6:00 pm, each available one to five days per week. During early drop-off, children enjoy unstructured playtime with their peers, fostering social connections and easing into their day. After care provides a blend of relaxation and activities. Children enjoy a healthy snack, time to rest, and a variety of engaging activities, including exploring our classroom imagination stations, participating in learning centers, using indoor or outdoor play equipment, or selecting a story from our 1,800-volume children’s lending library.

Aligned with our school philosophy, these programs nurture children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth and motor skills while emphasizing kindness, creativity, and curiosity. Whether your child is building friendships, enjoying play-based exploration, or discovering the joy of a good book, our extended care options ensure a warm and enriching experience that supports families and children alike.
